I needed to modify my parents bathroom for handicapped access, for my Mom is paralyzed, and my father, as it turned out, was dying. Jim and I agreed on demo and replace. What a crappy tile job for $3000, and Jim was so cheap he did not even replace the bench seat. Jim also sent some real seedy characters for the demo to my parents home inside a 55+ and an item mysteriously disappeared from my garage. I was compensated for said loss. Now I called for warranty service within my 1 year time frame for them to come and touch up cracks that have formed on this horrible tile job. Jim has given me the run around now for over a month about sending 1 man for an hour. What a rip off, I am signing into Yelp and Bing next for more bad reviews, and I am complaining to the BBB.
