If you actually talk to the owner (or her VOLUNTEER staff), and youre a kind hearted person, you couldn't help but be in love with this place. They rescue and rehab animals from all over to give them a loving home. These animals are well taken care of by a girl (and her staff) after my own heart. Please be kind and willing to not keep you're nose turned up when you walk in here. This is a gem of a place hosted by a dying breed--people who care far beyond themselves! If you watch them at all with the animals, you will see the pure hearts they have and be grateful there are still people like this in this world. Thank you Petting Zoo Ocala. I will keep coming back with my family to support your cause...And for those of you who say it's not a "petting zoo", you clearly didn't walk around and feed the animals, they pretty much all will let you pet them. They're very friendly and will follow you around their little areas for feed
