I'm a visitor to the area and had to have medications shipped to this site. Due to the originating shipper screwing up, Kevin, the manager, saw I was having a really bad day and waived his fee for the one package that did arrive. Imagine my surprise when I returned 3 days later to pick up my wayward package to be told that again there was no charge! When I protested that that was unnecessary, I was told that "Kevin said no charge." I'm sorry he wasn't there to thank personally -- so THANKS, Kevin! You went out of your way after I bit your head off. Your excellent customer service really made a bad situation a lot easier.
